You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

  • Use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorized use resulting from your failure to maintain security.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service or any applicable laws
  • Payment for services is not received or is disputed
  • We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease.

Multiple Account Policy

Each business entity is permitted one primary account. If you require additional accounts for separate locations or subsidiaries, please contact us to discuss enterprise solutions. Creating duplicate accounts without authorization may result in service termination.

Service Availability and Limitations

Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high service availability:

  • We target 99.9% uptime for our backup services
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
  • We are not liable for downtime due to circumstances beyond our control

Feature Availability

  • We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide services or as required by law

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of our services or content, or to modify, copy, or distribute any materials from our services.

Payment and Billing Terms

Payment terms for our services are specified in your service agreement:
